I never in my life been treated the way I was treated today. I sat in Kathleen‘s office for five hours. This lawyer is very unprofessional. Kathleen asked me how much money I was able to pay. I told her she agreed and then tryed to extort me for more money once all the paperwork was printed and signed. Kathleen then start yelling at me about how she broke her foot yesterday I explained to her that situation was unfortunate, but had nothing to do with me. Yes, I did pop up on her but if she was busy and had other clients that was already scheduled she should’ve said that instead of saying she can file today as I requested. Kathleen jumped on the phone Call the police and told several lies to slander my name and character. She has dementia, but takes it out on her clients. Kathleen never answer her phone or respond to emails. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone especially if you are BLACK. The crazy part about it I just had to pay her $800 in August 2023 December I decided not to go through with my bankruptcy so the case was dismissed. I did not get a refund. She claim she did the work, but my bankruptcy was rejected and now this time I got yelled at my character got slandered, and the police got caught on me. It’s unfortunate the world we live in.

When I met Kathleen I was at the end of my rope with medical bills ,debt collectors calling all day everyday and facing foreclosure . Kathleen was professional , patient, and caring . I started out with Fairmax for the cut rate prices. Biggest mistake ever. I went to Kathleen in the middle of my case and she was so helpful, fixed my case and I was discharged in bankruptcy with no issues. As she took over late in my case she charged very little compared to the amount of work she did. Ended up getting all my money rerurned from fairmax and by the time I got that money back fairmax was investigated and sanctioned for their unethical and illegal practices. I highly recommend Kathleen.
