Your immigration situation is unique. You need an attorney who will take a genuine interest in your story and provide a personalized experience. Henry Morchak is that attorney. Henry obtained his undergraduate degrees in Neuroscience and Psychology from Baldwin Wallace College before attending Cleveland Marshall College of Law. In law school, Henry’s passion for immigration law drove him to many academic successes, such as winning a Board of Immigration Appeals for a pro bono project through Cleveland State University. While attending, Henry also gained experience as an extern and law clerk with the Department of Homeland Security and private attorneys. This work in immigration law both grew his knowledge and validated his career choice – through the stories and spirit Henry witnessed, he realized he wanted to be a part of the much needed change in immigration law.
