This has been the worst attorney I’ve ever had the displeasure of finding. I made my deposit with my partner. They started treating me as if I was not a client as if I was just a person on the street who walked in and was bothering them. Actually siding against me with the company and couldn’t keep his word. Literally couldn’t even keep his lies straight. When I came in to make payment, I tried to ask questions so I can complete my payment so we can get this over with finally and he told me that he did not want my case anymore and he did not wanna represent me anymore and that he would also not be refunding my deposit because “I CALLED” I responded “you helped with nothing and I have called maybe 10 time and there shouldn’t be a limit of phone calls to a lawyer.” I said and then he made the same excuse. Do your due diligence before making ANY kind of payment they are not people who are looking to help and it’s becomes increasingly difficult keep contact and his staff are very rude as well and they will lie on his behalf.He decided to treat me like I wasn’t a client and was trying to force me to make the full payment when they have not done on thing for me and can’t even give a truthful response to not ONE of my concerns or complaints.

They forgot to include a very important letter to my home bank while doing the bankruptcy back in 2019 and that mistake is costing me a lot of money and tears. Now they say they are unable to submit that letter to my mortgage company. Please go see a lawyer who knows what they are doing and who uses staff who also know what they are doing. This is a very serious mistake and by the way, if you ever need copies of anything you need related to your bankruptcy, they will charge you an arm and and a leg. Go see Patrick Cordero. He is more qualified.

I have never in my life lost this much money and got NOTHING out of it. I paid my deposit as instructed and the moment they got that small Everything changed. Timothy has shown to be a liar and fraudulent and I have proof of mistreatment I have received. His staffs job is to answer questions, calls , and assist him but anytime I called with questions after I paid they were rude, rushing, and very unhelpful and not attentive at all. The staff left me know the deposit didn’t start the bankruptcy and I would have to pay In full, which I was willing to do. I had a couple of questions before putting the full amount I was even looking past the reviews that were very bad! (NEVER DO THAT.) After this experience I cannot say anything was resolved for me and warn others that looks are really deceiving here. You will notice a difference as soon as they get the deposit. He also said that he doesn’t want the case anymore and refused to return the deposit on me or my partners case. 0 stars and I’m reporting them to the BBB.
