So I hired this firm after my employer let me go due to a vaccine mandate. Spoke to them in December 2021 and they agreed to take on the case with a handful of others who faced the same issue. There is NO COMMUNICATION from this office WHATSOEVER! I understand these cases take years to settle but you still need to communicate due to the fact that if there is a settlement, the firm request a HEFTY percentage. Fast forward to now, I called Carla for weeks and finally received a response stating that she NEEDED a EEOC Form to be completed by me and this was part of a "hold up".. So I waited a few days after speaking with her and on May 25th I emailed her (Carla) to inquiry about this "Much Needed" form.. No Response.. So I decide to leave a voicemail for Mr. Masterson to ask if they are overwhelmed and cannot follow up maybe I need to seek help elsewhere. He returns the call (same day) to say, Yes, I think you do... My thoughts are you all could have said that months ago. What a waste of time for someone who is already going through so much. Poor Service and No Follow -Up.. Go Elsewhere, you'll thank yourself later
