I’m not that good at wording. But I want to thank Khattar Law PC for helping me win my social security disability case , I tried to get it on my own and was denied twice and I was going to give up on it . But my brother told me to get a lawyer. So I went online and found them and gave them a call and they took my case and they went to work for me and I won my case. I wish I had a good enough experience like the other reviews. Unfortunately I was denied even with there help. I believe I had Dennis and he was nice although it was frustrating to have to remind him my name and my case. Maybe too many cases? But I always felt like I was forgotten or my case wasn’t as “important” as I had to keep in contact for updates. They refused to take me as a client unless I got a Dr to write a letter that I can’t work. Which is a bit frustrating as we already tried that and my drs refused to work with disability cases or be apart of them. They seemed to repeatedly ask me the same questions ( my job information was one ) . I had high hopes based on how confident they made me feel and how I thought my court date went okay and Mr Dennis did establish on how my current job made a lot of “special accommodations “ for me currently. But unfortunately wasn’t enough for me to get approved as I was told the judge that got selected only approves 25% of cases, so wasn’t the lawyers fault I was denied but the whole situation is just a bit frustrating and to be told they won’t take me doesn’t help as I’m having to reapply on my own and find a new lawyer all over again.

I tried getting disability on my own and didn't seem to be having much luck. I was referred to Khattar and they were able to get me disability. Because they got me federal disability I was able to get California State disability as well. They handled it very professionally and didn't require that I do much myself at that point. I really appreciate all the help that they gave me.
