We paid 4k retainer for a custody battle and literally NOTHING and I mean NOTHING got done. Now they’re saying that we owe them 3k?! You have got to be kidding me. A father who is already struggling and his money being all taken from his ex wife who is living lavish in her 4 bedroom two story house and the dad has to move to a trailer park in canyon lake. His attorney didn’t go to bat for him. Also the ONLY ONE court date we ever got maria over booked herself and had us sitting there with the amicus while we are being charged hourly for the amicus so they are responsible for those hours they need to pay the amicus for those hours that she over booked herself and was dealing with another client while we sat there for HOURS we do not owe you 3k?! This is absolutely heartbreaking!!! How is this justice? We trusted you!!! And like others have said they ask you to leave a 5 star review as soon as they agree to represent you! So I would question some of these five star reviews! So what am I supposed to hire another attorney with money we don’t have to get this 3k dropped?! The pain and suffering this has caused us !!! The mom is the one causing all the problems any attorney who knows what their doing would have been an open and closed case when all the councilors and amicus have all agreed it’s the moms parenting issues and the kids have no problems with the dad

Took 6 months for them to draft divorce paperwork. Try to go out of their way to do more work so you pay them thousands and thousands of dollars. Don't listen to what you ask them, even though they represent you. Go with a different firm EDIT: Amazing that if you don't use your real name they make you email them or they remove the review. They need your real name so if you have a negative experience they can air out all your dirty laundry. You're getting your payment from me, I've called 3 times to try and pay it, how about you answer your phones instead of airing private case information online. And don't deny that y'all intentionally waste time so you can get more money, Cynthia Maldonado drafted a whole document that wasn't even needed or required.
