Due to Joe and his staffs hard work and guidance, my family is in a much better situation then we were a few years ago. We started this process on the brink of losing everything, including our family home. We were set up with a very realistic payment plan, that not only allowed us to keep everything, but pay down all debt that we were behind on in just a few years. Legally, Joe got everything done with ease for the bankruptcy case. That part pretty much went off without a hitch. However, communication and follow through were lackluster. I was sent papers from the court that I never received and Joe nor Debbie followed up to see if I even received them. Had I not reached out to them, I wouldn't have known. This office also didn't even inform me that my case was discharged. I only found that out through PACER. After the case was discharged, I was left in the wind to answer my own questions. There was absolutely no followup unless I initiated it.
