I had a terrible experience with them. The client service is bad, I went through 3 different people working on my claim (i had to explain everything to all 3 people and resubmit my paperwork over again which was extremely annoying) and the very first time I spoke to the lawyer he had a really bad attitude and when I told him I will work with another lawyer he was nonchalant and pompous as if he did not care. They take a very long time responding to your needs pertaining to your case. I do not recommend them if you want to win your case and if you want professional great client service.

I understand how people who have been denied their claims would be upset, but it's not fair to blame the lawyers. They filed all of my paperwork, my appeals and handled my case professionally. I have been very fortunate to have had my case go very smoothly. I understand this is not the same for everyone. As far as I'm concerned they were wonderful. Their fees were fair and I am very grateful for their guidance. I have recommended them and will continue to do so. Thank you!
