We have been honored to represent numerous citizens accused of white collar crimes. Among these clients have been politicians, physicians, bankers, attorneys, accountants, businessmen and businesswomen. We have been privileged to defend citizens accused of murder and assaultive offenses; sex crimes; drug, alcohol and weapons charges; as well as theft and related allegations. This often leads to representation in forfeiture proceedings, license suspensions, requests for occupational drivers' licenses, and expunction of criminal records when charges have been dismissed or our client has been found not guilty.
