Attorney Casey Elrod handled case. This was my first experience at this, so I wasn’t definite with how everything works. He answered all of my questions and throughly explained the process. What I like most about him is that he kept me informed. There was not period of absence; regularly he would reach out to keep me abreast of where we stood. Casey stood firm and negotiated to his best ability. I feel comfortable and happy with my end result. If I had to do this again or give a Recommendation, I would highly suggest Casey. We were recommended to Jeff Robert’s and associates, so we called them up and got assigned to Casey Elrod. Casey has been amazing since day one. He was very thorough in explaining the process, attorney fees, his inkling on what the outcome would be, and he was very honest and transparent at all stages. Him and his team kept up us up to date on all the details and any new developments along the way and was very patient with our questions and concerns even when we asked the same questions multiple times. Towards the end of the settlement he told us what the insurance was coming back with and did not settle for low ball offers just to get us off his plate, he instead was able to negotiate a much higher settlement. Hopefully we will never have to go through this again but if we do I’ll only be using this law firm and requesting Casey!
