Three months into my representation with no resolve! Communication is poor; I did most of the calling and texting because I felt neglected. I had an attorney call me and tell me he would call me the following week but never heard back. . . . Overall: lack of professionalism, respect and see through. If you’re wanting reasonable results . . . don’t call this law firm.

I wish I could say enough great things about my experience. They took what was a very scary moment and did all of the work. I signed a few papers and they took care of the rest. I was occasionally given status updates, and was never required to go to the office. This was all resolved remotely which was so convenient. The communication I had with Nikki was incredible!
