Mr. Massey is a great guy and man of god all 3 conversations I had with him were amazing but when it comes to the firm I received little information about my case throughout the process I wasn’t presented with any updates until the money came , after it came I had the most difficult time cashing the actual check , I was greeted nice only when I was beneficial. I give the customer service 2/10 when I was trying to understand why I was having such a hard time cashing the check the lady Shay was very push offy when it came to helping me understand. Overall great guy but I wouldn’t go to this firm for another accident until they clean up staff

When I was in a car accident Jackson Massey had a representative at my house the next day. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs. They were responsive to all my questions throughout the process. Mr Massey not only called to check on me he also prayed with me. When the insurance company wanted to settle for one amount Mr Massey made sure I wanted to accept the offer or go back to the insurance company and request more.
