There service has gone way down hill. We hired them to handle my stepdaughters case and it went well. They are handling my wife and stepsons case and we can't get anyone to call us back or email us where we are at with the case. I have been emailing them for 8 straight months and get no response at all. This is extremely unprofessional as we are paying clients and continue to get horrible service.
