I kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but the experience with my husband’s immigration case had issues from start to finish. At one point she was trying to tell us we had to submit all documentation to her again when we had already done that twice. I told her that we had already provided all of those documents and sure enough she was able to pull them up. I believe they were misplaced or maybe she even forgot about us, because a citizen petitioning their spouse should take no more than 1 year. And it was a 5 year process for us. Of course COVID hit but even then should not have taken that long. It gets better: We got our appointment in CD Juarez and she failed to tell us that my birth certificate was a short one and not a long one. The consulate wants a long birth certificate. I didn’t know this because I’m not educated enough however, how in the world does a lawyer not know this?!?! An immigration lawyer?! Someone That deals with these type of cases on the regular! So now my husband is stuck in Mexico because his case is under administrative processing until I can provide the long birth certificate. My long birth certificate had my first name spelled wrong and when I called to tell her she said to send it like that! Are you kidding me?! “It’s one letter they won’t notice” were her words. I called the consulate myself and they said not to do that and to get it fixed. So now here we are 2 months later and my husband is still in Mexico because of her mistake. We hired a lawyer for this reason, to avoid mistakes.

I highly recommend attorney Tatiauna Holland. She represented me in my immigration matters and I was able to obtain my permanent residency status in a matter of 9 months. I have zero complains on her work. She is a detailed, attentive, and hardworking attorney. Me and my husband could not have chosen a better lawyer.

I would like to thank the Holland Law Firm for their time and effort that have invested into my wife’s case to become a resident. Miss Holland has always kept her word and has maintained up to date statuses as soon as she hears any news about the case. She maintains communication as the case gets expensive and hard and assures you nothing but the best work she can provide. Thank you so much for everything you have done!!! My wife is now officially a resident of the United States and none of this could have been possible without your help!!!

I am beyond thankful that we found Tatiauna Holland. She has been with us through or long, stressful immigration process. Every time we meet I feel that she has our back and will fight for our case. She is very responsive to our calls and emails and she regularly updates us on our case. Her retainer is reasonable and she allows multiple payment plans and methods. She really does care about her clients.
