I don't understand people in this day and time. Hiday & Ricke PA Law Firm, the people work in the "debt collection" are nasty and liars. I was sent a letter about a debt collection and the letter said they contacted me several times without success making it seem like I ignored them when I responded each time they reached out to me. When I called trying ro explain the lady so RUDELY cut me off and transferred me. When I spoke with the second lady explaining to her, that I sent her emails she said she seen them.and did not respond because they have to follow certain protocols in order to to responded. It does not pays to be rude, nasty, an.d lie. People fail to realize you reap.what you sow

Poor customer service. Poor company. Terrible staff. You call for 2 weeks - no return call. Finally get someone on the phone and their “system is down” They put a lien on my deceased mother’s vehicle who was not financed by them. Thank you for the recorded conversation I had with your service rep. I have submitted a complaint on the company and with the state.

We received a letter from the courts over 6 months ago stating that our case was sent to "abatement" which i took as the case was being closed. Especially since our insurance company already paid them. Now we're getting another litigation letter. It's true when they say insurance lawyers are slimy evil people.
