Hello everyone, I would like to share my experience with this law company. I first got introduced to them in 2023 and I have been paying them for almost 2 years. I never thought this would happen to me. The communication with this company is awful. Sometimes you have people that respond to you and sometimes you don’t. I never was told that I had to pay over 20 K to this company because I got sued from a car accident. If I knew that I had to pay over 20 K in payments, I would’ve got a lawyer to got the amount lowered. My insurance didn’t even pay anything to help me as much to this company. I still have to pay over 20 K. I am a single mother of 2 and living on a fixed income and I have to provide for my girls myself and my bills I honestly cannot wait til the last day that I make a payment to this company and I pray that everyone who pays this company doesn’t have to pay anymore as well this is one of the worst law companies ever they are rude here The person that I communicate with through email barely responds to me at times and it’s very hard to get an understanding if something is not on my account or not I always make a payment every month and I try to make payments as fast as I can before the due date, but the due date that I set up was due when I had another job previously And now I have a new job and I can’t even change the due date for the payment so I set up a reoccurring which I was told was fine This company to understand if they’re OK with that or not I do hope one day this company is more professional. I appreciate. The ones that are good with their clients hopefully one day everyone can be free from this debt collecting law firm

Horrible, so unprofessional. It's amazing that they have not been shut down. I have never been treated so poorly by a firm. I paid the account off and just was trying to get documentation and these people hang up in my face and says get it from the clerk of courts. This is not how business is suppose to be handled.

Terrible company with terrible staff, I understand business is business but being rude and unprofessional for no reason is something else, I simply just want to resolve my issue and move on with my life but this company makes it impossible, they don’t answer calls or return emails and when you leave a message no one reaches out, what is a person to do? The person I did finally speak with that wouldn’t give me her name was no help at all and hung up on me because I was asking questions.

These guys are extremely terrible at their jobs. No one responds except maybe once every two months. Do yourself a favor and read these reviews… they are extremely accurate… even the ones they’re responding to lol

I have called and left messages - more than once or twice - asking for assistance in a case for our business. They can't even bother to return phone calls. This doesn't seem very professional, not at all.
