Very unprofessional every time I called They didn’t even know who I was, and I had to remind them about my case and what it was about. You do not just work with a couple of people you work with 10+ people and all of them are not on the same page with your case. Paul Volbrecht is very unprofessional and was not trying to give me my withdrawal letter so I can find another attorney all because he was mad that I’m switching attorneys On the phone call, he was asking why I want to switch attorneys, but in a rude tone and then later says that he’s not mad but he wants to know why. They were just making it so much harder on me for me to look for another attorney. All I need was a piece of paper that says they do not represent me but they typed up an email thinking that was OK without any header or any information about the attorneys office. Therefore, do not come to these attorneys office you will regret it you are literally just a number to these people. They do not care about your injuries or what you’re going through. They just care about getting paid. I would definitely not recommend this attorneys office to anybody going through a car accident They built there name that’s all they care about. I was at the office talking my crap when an old man beside me started telling me all the same things that they are very unprofessional and he seemed scared to have them as an attorney and nobody should be feeling that way when we are suffering from the pain. I hope these reviews open there eyes to see what they are doing wrong and one of the ladies with glasses told me what I’m I still doing here after they gave me the withdrawal letter just very unprofessional with everything they do and say.
