I cannot recommend this law office enough. I currently have a pending case which also involves a extremely complex issue. During several events of the litigation process. I've been impressed with the law offices display of patience, and prompt in time response to the inquiries and/or concern for which I immediately brought to the lawyer's attention; although I've been a new client for less than a month. The attorney has always provided some form of an avenue, in the event that I need to bring to the lawyer's attention any issues, or inquiry. When needed, this allowed me to genuinely, openly express my case related concern; especially when the proceeding had a relationship to me and the factual details of a active legal matter for which I am a party to. Recently I shared my factual concernments with the attorney about a concurrent pending legal matter. The attorney and I were unable to reach a resolution on the matter; and although the original matter of my concern still persists. The attorney did however take time to explain a few of the complex legal issues involving my case, and the attorney's position. I am unfamiliar with the area of law, for which is applicable to my case, and even though from my perspective, the attorney's advice sounded very legalise. A little over a year ago my elder parents faced a very difficult situation, the attorney in which they had hired on 10/2021 never filed their case nor bothered to obtain required documentation during the 7 months. I would like to mention that the living situation was very stressful for my parents as they were in desperate need for legal assistance for their home. Due to the lack of response and horrible experience that was witnessed with said attorney we were in desperate need of a miracle. In April of 2022 I met with Heidi and shared my parents situation. I struggle with severe anxiety due to degenerative eye disease, and you can imagine how overwhelmed I felt trying to read legal papers. The stress from lawsuits was really taking a toll on me to the point that I wasn't getting any sleep. During my first consultation Heidi listened to my situation and took the time to ask me questions to see what we can do. We made a plan and a schedule that I was comfortable with and Heidi even willing to read me everything line by line to accommodate for my blindness. My petition was filed immediately when I was ready, letters were sent out to my creditors, and I was able to do all this from home! Before the meeting I expected the worst after doing some googling myself, but in hindsight I wish I skipped that and just made an appointment. Heidi is very knowledgeable and really has your best interest. Tammy is amazing too as she is very quick and made sure everything is filed. Tammy walked me through how to use the secure website to send my sensitive documents, they are really a great team never felt ignored. After filing Heidi reached out to make me aware of a possible disability discharge for my private student loan, which wasn't documented anywhere which I've been told previously by the loan servicer that there was no such thing. I called and requested the disability form and got my private student loan discharged in a matter of days, and this means that my mom won't be on the hook for my debt for cosigning. I did not expect anything like this and I am truly grateful for this good news. I called because of the reviews and now I can confirm that they are true, she is honest, experienced, and truly wants the best for you and when I felt that during my first consultation I went ahead and canceled all my other appointments. I strongly suggest using an attorney to file for bankruptcy, avoid trying to google everything yourself, make sure to check with Heidi or Tammy first, and just be truthful as you will be in good hands. I don't plan on filing for bankruptcy again, but for anyone who needs to please do not hesitate to give them a call!

Would definitely recommend over the other offices out there. Besides, it's already a tough situation you are in, in the first place, why deal with an impersonal attorney.
