I had the pleasure of speaking and working with Mrs. Danielle and Mrs. Haitaian. While my Medical Malpractice case was not something this team could provide assistance with, they did do their best to provide was within their power. I spoke with a little over 20+ other law firms before Harris Powers & Cunningham, and none of them met me with the same kindness these two have. Although my case needed to cease representation, don't let that discourage you from letting them try. I was in a motor vehicle accident on 10/18/2023. I was rear ended by a speeding driver on Grand Avenue and knocked into the path of a garbage truck that also struck me, sending me into a 360 revolution where my car finally ended up against the fence of the rail yard where I missed getting hit by the crossing train. Thankfully, I was able to walk away from this wreck with just a torn rotator cuff and my life. As you can imagine, I had a mix of fear, anger, grief, and determination to get this matter resolved. I posted a photo of my wrecked car at the scene of the accident shortly after it happened at 5:53 am, and within 30 minutes, I had a PM from my friend Anne telling me to contact this law firm. She used to work for them and trusted them to do right by me. She even went so far to contact the intake secretary to reach out to me-she sent them the photo. After a while, I spoke with Danielle the paralegal who got the ball rolling. Through out the process, I was kept informed , my opinions were listened to, my questions answered in a timely manner and the biggest thing that I needed at the time was support-to not feel like I was just a number, I felt like I was cared for. Mr. Powers. I ended up with a satisfactory settlement on both the physical and property damage. Caitlyn was also an integral part of the team who helped wrap up all of the loose ends. I pray that I never am in need of their services again, but God forbid if I do, they will be the 1st call I make after making sure that my family knows that I am okay.
