They offered me no assistance, they quickly let me know that landlords can just put you in the street if your home catches fire, guster law firm is definitely PRO-LAND LORDS EVEN THO my research led me to information stating that tenants have rights by law. But it also stated that Alabama is a landlord state, meaning the state doesn't even stand behind the laws they made protecting tenants Guster law firm evidently doesn't adhere to those laws either. I honestly don't even know why they bothered to call me back to tell me that my landlord can render you homeless because you had a fire in your home that you have lived in for 5 years and have paid $54000 dollars in rent payments plus remodeled the house prior to moving in because the house was not livable, where they had not done any upkeep in the house in years and before their poor mother passed she had to live in the house that way because her children chose not to fix anything. Don't expect guster to be on your side if you are the tenant being done wrong.... ONCE AGAIN THEY ARE PRO-LANDLORD....ALL ABOUT THE ONE WITH THE MONEY GUSTER FOLLOWS THE MONEY, IM JUST A LOWLY TENANT I DONT DESERVE JUSTICE
