Unfortunately, I see the comments, and it's evident that these types of media or the companies themselves encourage customers to leave positive feedback for "good service," but that won't be my case. I received a call a few minutes ago from a Spanish-speaking assistant who, upon introducing herself, immediately informed me that my case didn’t proceed because they lacked sufficient evidence and that they had already tried in every possible way, but my case, was devoid of content to win it, as she claimed she had called me last week or yesterday. 1) I never spoke with this lady; I was the one who called yesterday because I haven't received any calls from them for the past 2 months. This law firm doesn't follow up on its cases, and they call you without conducting a prior review; they call you casually to inform you that your case was dismissed because it lacks evidence, a case that has been ongoing for almost 3 years, and now they're saying they don't have evidence. They just informally sent me a withdrawal letter via text because they don't even have my email. Disappointed and do not recommend them due to incompetence. What a way to wash your hands!
