terrible experience this office need to be shut down I hired James to negotiate early termination of a contract and to settle some credit debt Our company got during Covid. first he got to a tribal agreement on the contract termination and made a settlement and paid them with to let me know of it at all the the settlement and not that he is paying them form the trust account, second he got really bad settlement from the credit company so I called them by myself and got much better agreement with them, I asked him how come I was able to do a better job than him so he told me that he let his secretary do it so you’re not charge me his hourly rate that he did. Worst experience ever had with any law firm ever.

I have not worked with such a great group of people as Harward & Associates. Amy did such an amazing job with everything that was put in front of her with my case. She made me feel that I could over come anything in my life through my struggle of divorce and protective order issues. She is an amazing attorney and an amazing person to work with. My company has a work-life balance referral for legal advice. So I was referred to this law firm. I was highly disappointed in the interaction and It seemed like they didn’t really want your business. It was supposed to be a free 30-minute consultation but the whole time I felt rushed and not given the opportunity to fully cover the whole story. The conversation lasted 12 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend this law firm. They don’t listen and hear your concerns. They bash your concerns and basically tell you that your ideology of concerns doesn’t concern them. How’s a single mom supposed to support her kids and fight for them when the law won’t help. I’ll be looking for a female attorney that understands a mother’s concerns with their co-parent trying to put two kids into two different elementary schools so he can save money.
