The employee that I spoke with (Jordan) was very knowledgeable, helpful, and polite, and was able to answer all of my questions immediately on the phone. Not only that, as this is part of their 'free assessment consultation' policy they didn't ask any payment for their expertise. I also initially called one before during a holiday closure and appreciated that they reached back out via text to follow up to see if I was still in need of their help. I was very impressed and very glad I chose this office.
