Reached out to Ursula within a week of my initial case. Was ignored. Called the office, never got any follow up. Sent emails and texts. Never got any follow up. Stopped by an office location in person. Was told she was out but that they would take my information. Still no follow up. Eventually got her personal business cell which I called. Still no follow up. Sent a text to secure a meeting. Didn’t get a response until 6 months later. I replied that same day. Only to get declined a meeting time with no replacement time. Followed up with a replacement tim for a meeting. Was ignored AGAIN. Then finally 7 months later. I get a call from Ursula where she asks about my case just to tell me she can’t help me because she has other things going on and doesn’t have the time since I came to her late. Except I had been trying to reach the office for representation for 7 damn months before they finally decided I was worth their time. I’m sure she’s a decent lawyer. A lot of reviews and awards testify to that. But it doesn’t seem like she’s the type that even cares about people in the least bit. This is a check for her and clients are just statistics that she deems either worth her time or not. If you want a lawyer who will communicate with you. Respect you, and actually be there for you. Look elsewhere. I had the money to pay the entire fee and trial fee if necessary but was dropped due to poor communication on their part. Then blamed for it as if they weren’t ignoring me for months at a time.

Lawyers are usually very intimidating with all their legal jargon and such. Ursula. Is. Different. I found her on Yelp when I needed someone to defend me in court and she exceeded my expectations. Her demeanor, professionalism, and expertise made me feel at ease during the time we spent together. I am beyond happy with the outcome, and although I hope to not need a lawyer again I know that if I do, it's Ursula I am going to. I consider her a friend and felt the compassion from the start. If you're even thinking about hiring a lawyer, contact her. I also really enjoyed her paralegal Jacque. She was as sweet as pie and always replied quickly to my email requests.

I was under the impression with lawyers being professional and having communication skills. However I had a case opened with Ursula and been ignored for over a month now. Every time I call the office I get told they will leave a message for her or schedule an appointment over email. And still no response, I do not recommend this service especially if you have ARAG benefits or need an attorney urgently. This experience does not feel like 4.6 stars.
