I have retained George Laughren and Rob Heroy. They have both represented me to the fullest. They are life savers. There's no better choice than Goodman Carr Laughren Levine Green!

I Hired Trey for A DWI Case in Union County. Wrong Choice! Even After Being Highly Recommended By a TOP Motorcycle Lawyer In NC. They Mite Be Good in Mecklenburg County But I Do NOT Recommend Using outside that! Use a Local Lawyer! I GOT SCREWED AND LOST MY LIVELY HOOD. JOB (S). HOUSE. LICENSE RESPECT. I had a Clean MVR. Clean Background. Clean DOT Record. A Hard Working American Veteran. Never Been In Trouble with Nothing or NO One! And I GOT SCKREWED! Response would take a Full Page of Explanation! Yes I did Blow a .12 but NOT Because of Alcohol! Yes I passed everything the Troooer asked of Me. Yes I was Corporative and NO Slurred Speach. Just Banged Up after Wrecking My Motorcycle on Gravel on a sharp turn after a 45min ride home and Just Dropping off a Female Rider 10min prior at her Home! My Lawyer Trey Laughrun Let Me down as A Lawyer that I thought should have tried a little bit More at His Job!! I even offered to Pay More! I felt the Troooer did NOT throw me Under the bus. And the Judge Gave Trey Many Opportunities for Him to Prove me NOT Guilty!! I seen cases where people Blew a .16 or Higher and did More Damage and WIN A Case! I was Let Down as A American. As A Human. A Hard Working Citizen. A Veteran. And the Shitty Legal System!! And YOU ALL will be right in Saying If Your Gonna Drink Don't Drive!! Well I am apart of the ABC System and was Certified in Alcohol Enforcement as Well! I Know and Knew the rules and Regulations! But the story Would be to Long to Put on Here!! Thanks BUT NO THANKS I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TREY LAUGHRUN FOR A DWI ATTORNEY! ITS OVER AND DONE WITH NOW, I WAS JUST LET DOWN BY SOMEONE WHO I FELT LIKE SHOULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB TO WIN! NOT GIVE UP!!

I highly recommend this firm and, specifically, attorney Rob Heroy and his team. They were able to help me successfully navigate a government issue with confidence and a desirable outcome.

I recently had an issue with an elderly relative that had a disturbing legal issue. I reached out to a colleague that has legal experience in a different dicipline, and he recommended George Laughrun. Both George Laughrun and his office staff were very friendly and immediately responsive. Mr. Laughrun has many years of legal experience assisting Charlotte area residents and it is immediately apparent from the first conversation. Mr. Laughrun took the time to have an in-depth phone discussion to understand the circumstances surrounding our legal issue. He was sympathetic to the advanced age of my relative, and interjected his thoughts as well as the laws that applied regarding the allegations. Mr. Laughrun spoke in very clear concise language and did not use confusing "legal speak", which allowed us to easily understand the laws that applied in this case. Mr. Laughrun set up an in-person meeting to review the case as well as share his legal research regarding the circumstances that lead to the issue arising. We did not feel rushed and had a great discussion, which made my relative feel very comfortable and confident in choosing Mr. Laughrun. The incident required two court appearances. Mr. Laughrun made the first appearance by himself to enter the plea. This was a great relief to my elderly relative who struggled to walk steadily without the aid of a walker. While the second court date required an in-person appearance, Mr. Laughrun not only appeared in court with my relative, but with his legal knowledge and prowess, had intelligent legal discussions with the DA and was able to have the case dismissed, based on it merits and the facts. While I will say that I was surprised how extremely arduous and monotonous the actual court process was while sitting in the courtroom for almost two hours before the judge even entered the courtroom, it was apparent that much of the banter and interactions in the courtroom stemmed from no-show defendents, requests for continuances by attorneys and legal wrangling regarding the cases. The delay was not reflective of the services provided by Mr. Laughrun, but rather a credit to him and his knowledge of the process and how best to respect that process to achieve a successful outcome. I highly recommend George Laughrun, Esq. and his office if you are seeking a strong and knowledgable defense team.

Highly recommended! Over 2 years ago, I encountered a problem that I could not face alone. Someone referred me to this firm after they had successful results. I signed on with Michael Greene, and he has taken care of my case like it was his own. This has been a very emotional and stressful situation that was handled with the utmost professionalism and proficiency. I hope I never need to go there again, but if I do, I will call on Michael Greene in a heartbeat. You should, too, and you will be glad you did!
