While I didn't end up needing to retain services, Phil was very responsive and helpful. Most lawyers I called wouldn't do anything without a retainer. Phil was empathetic and took the time to help me determine if it would be worth it for me to hire a lawyer. Office communication is also very professional and prompt.

They made me explain my whole wrongful termination case to someone over the phone with extensive detail just to get an automated email that they no longer accepting new clients. Idk if that’s true or not. If it is I’d rather know that up front they aren’t accepting new clients instead of explaining all my trauma to a stranger over the phone just to get a heartless automated email saying sorry we aren’t accepting new clients. Idk if that’s true or if they just aren’t competent enough or don’t have basic human decency. Either way I hope someone reads this so they don’t have to endure this. Being a victim of a crime is traumatic enough. If you’re not taking new clients don’t advertise “free consultations”. These kind of people are what is wrong with the world.

I concur with the individual who stated they didn't need to retain Atty Gibbons to see he has so much respect and compassion for people who have been taken advantage of by their Employer.
