I've had an amazing experience with Gibbons law firm. Corey Stanton was outstanding, and very knowledgeable about employment law. This law firm has made my process smooth, easy, and less stressful. I really appreciate Mr. Stanton's friendliness, support, and professionalism. They also responded promptly to my questions and concerns. My overall experience with Gibbons law firm was outstanding. I highly recommend Gibbons law firm to anyone who is seeking reputable employment law attorneys.

I know I have a legitimate case. I have an attorney in the family who has stated so. Trust me I would use them if that was their area of expertise. I feel like they this law firm thinks it's would be too hard to prove. Or they really just don't want to take it, like some other firms out here. Honestly, I can't pay the 2,500 upfront fee because I don't have it. On their little intake form, they ask you if you can pay the funds upfront with no option to pay out of your compensatory damages either, which I'd have gladly done. I guess I probably dodged a bullet anyways if they couldn't tell my why they didn't take my case. They probably wouldn't have tried it to the fullest anyways. ***Update So, I want to make it clear that anyone can see I am not a client by reading my review. The fact that you started your response off with saying I wasn't a client was not the best approach. Including my personal information in your response was unnecessary and unprofessional. You informed me that you wouldn't handle my case without any explanation once you learned about it. I mentioned that I would have difficulty paying, but I hoped to speak with Megan (the first person I spoke to originally) to discuss the possibility of paying in smaller installments or deducting it from the compensatory damages. However, when I called to inquire, I was assisted by someone else who supposedly forwarded my message to her, but I never received a response. Instead, I received a very vague email stating that you would not take my case. After explaining my situation, your response is now invalid. I posted my review not because you were unwilling to take my case, but because you requested $2500 upfront without offering the option to deduct it from the compensatory damages. I also did not receive a callback despite requesting one. That is why you received the review you did. To ensure fully informed decisions can be made, it would be helpful to include information about payment options and whether certain types of cases are not accepted, such as those involving race and disability. Being clear and transparent in your communication is a matter of common courtesy. You certainly were forthright about the $2500 request and what your areas of expertise are, and that is why I am disappointed. However, there are many other law firms that are willing and able to assist. Finally, you may wonder why I didn't approach them instead. I didn't consider them because I saw you had a higher rating. I thought you would know what to do and how to handle my case. I admit that I was mistaken, and once again, judging from your response, I truly did dodge a bullet and successfully avoided a potential problem.

I set up an appointment and Phil spent quite a bit of time with me examining all aspects of the case that I had presented. He is very knowledgeable about employment law and gave some fantastic advice. Phil answered all of my questions thoroughly and took the time to ensure that I understood what he was saying. In my experience it is rare to find such a helpful and courteous attorney who gives detailed advice at no cost. I highly recommend Gibbons Law Group.

Gibbons Law Group has been nothing short of amazing! My case has been complicated to say the least, and Gibbons has stood by me through it all. Gibbons has gone beyond expectations with professionalism and courtesy! I have been provided updates as then occur. I have been advised on what to expect, and they haven't been wrong for me yet! They have celebrated every win with me as an advocate for me! Gibbons has been a great resource when I needed to "think things through", and advises from knowledge and experience. My first "smart" action that I took (after deciding to litigate) was that I found and began working with Gibbons!
