I called to set up a consultation to discuss some basic needs I had regarding general business formation documentation, NDAs, and other items needed in preparation of starting my business. When I got there, they mentioned it was a $250 consultation fee although not only did their receptionist say it was free, it's also on their website when you go to schedule. Once I explained this, we moved on. During the consultation I felt they were disinterested in helping me with a beginning stage startup business, and it came up in conversation that there's typically a $20k retainer required. I don't doubt that they are excellent Attorneys, and the other reviews support this. This review is simply my perspective and one time experience that left me feeling a lack of confidence to move forward.
