Hiring this law office was the worst mistake I could have made. The staff is completely incompetent and disorganized, which turned an already difficult process like bankruptcy into an even more frustrating and unpleasant experience. From the beginning, they showed a total lack of professionalism. They made me go back several times to sign the same document because they didn’t know how to fill it out correctly—something basic for a law office that is supposedly an expert in this area. After that, I waited two whole months without receiving any updates on my case. When I tried to get answers, I called the secretary of attorney Laila, someone named Karina, who not only had no idea about anything, but also gave me excuses and delayed everything. She promised me the attorney would call me, but that call never happened. All I got were rude responses, evasive answers, and an arrogant attitude, as if I was bothering them by demanding they do the work I paid for. The worst part is that, at first, when they are convincing you to hire them, they are all smiles and very polite, but once they have your money, they ignore you, won’t answer your questions, and treat you horribly. It’s clear the staff is untrained and clueless about what they’re doing. They don’t care about the client or the case; they just care about taking your money and forgetting about you. DO NOT be fooled by their initial attitude. What you’ll get with this law office is disorganization, incompetence, and total disrespect. My process with them was a nightmare. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from this law firm. They are an absolute disaster!
