I see that communication is not a strong suit of this law firm. I called and left three voicemails and my wife did so once. I also sent an email. All of which was ignored. I feel like if you are too busy for potential clients, then put something on your website that states you are not taking new clients at this time. Or possibly respond with the same, but don't just ignore. I feel like the paralegal must filter the calls and decides who gets through and who doesn't. At any rate, the injured have been through enough. Show some compassion by returning a call.

I would not recommend this firm. I've communicated with hundreds of lawyers and I've found that Farber's paralegal to be the rudest person I've ever dealt with at a law firm. I brought up her rudeness to Farber and he didn't even return with a customary, canned response at the unprofessional conduct of his paralegal. (Yes, Kelly J. Daniels, you are Farber's paralegal. Don't forget that. You're not the decision maker at the firm.) To Googlers reading this: please hit the back button and find another attorney. There are many others out there. Thanks. Update: Google Review users, please look at the timing and "content" of the latest 5-star review. It counters my honest review of the paralegal (which is odd) and it is published a few weeks after mine, when the previous review of this law "firm" occurred some 5 years ago. Please, please, PLEASE stay away from this business. You should treat people with a modicum of respect and I'm not sure that they do.
