Six weeks later their attorney went to court, met with the prosecutor and arranged a reduction to a non-moving violation, same fee as the original ticket, which I paid on the spot (I went to the court to observe.) Clear communication, reasonable fee, ideal outcome. All in all, an excellent experience.
