On 9/19/2023 we signed the contract to start a FOIA request so that we can see what route we need to go with Yasmin on getting my husband Raul Marquez Munoz marriage green card and adjustment of status. In 9/1/2023 I sent the paperwork we received from USCIS on our Foia we personally submitted and have not heard back from the agency on what our next steps are to filing for his adjustment of status to have his marriage green card. I normally don’t place 1 star reviews but we would like to see if we can get assistance on proceeding forward.
