I have been asking this firm for over 6 years to please update their forms, and remove my phone number. I get dozens of calls a week from their customers leaving me personal information in my voicemail. I might consider this a red flag. I've called and talked to whoever I can reach, several times, the last time I was told "I've never heard of this and I've worked here for years", by who I believe was an admin. This may have been a couple of months ago. They seem to not be bothered that their documents have my number listed and that their customers are leaving me personal information via text and email. I've asked several of their customers, "where did you get this phone number, if you don't mind me asking?". The response is: "It's on the paperwork they send". Please let me know if this can be resolved, you'll find my email and cell in your inbox!

I found Heard and Smith didn't think I would get anywhere with them , what you know they kept in touch with all my information, hospitals , doctors Heard and Smith was the best thing I've ever done they are honest hard working it took them a year and a 1/2 and sent me a letter I had won my case less than a month I had money ... These guys are awesome you really need disability and I mean disability Call Heard and Smith , they will get the job done. Thanks guys . Karen

I was recommended to Heard & Smith by a Veteran friend. Due to my VA disability. I'm starting to keep a very close eye on my case by myself. They dropped the ball big time with not informing me there was some paperwork SS needed me to fill out and send back on a specific date. The law firm even has the envelope the paperwork was supposed to be sent back in. I've received only 2 letters from SS thank God I have my case workers phone number. My case work told me she mailed me a package to fill out. I told her I haven't received anything, well after I called Heard & Smith to give them some follow up information about my appointments. They said let me see if there's anything from SS well they had my package I've been waiting on for a whole week. It was stamped by Heard & Smith with the same date I called the law firm to give them updated information. Well the email they sent me had a return date for my paperwork to be sent back to SS the next day. Meaning Heard & Smith had my package for a whole week with no call or updates to my case. So yes I'm starting to believe they'll try to prolong your case so they can get more money. SS told me in-person my information would be expedited because I'm 100% disabled veteran. The law firm claimed they didn't know anything about that but thanks for telling them. I'll be going to drop my paperwork off at SS tomorrow morning. I'm very close to dropping them and getting another lawyer.

About 4 years ago I went with them and I had a good experience they got my disability within 5 months and I have referred friends and family Scott Judson and Wayne Wilson and they were approved they stay on everything and they are very interested in your case to get the best results in quick I would recommend them to anybody
