Mr. Elrod’s law office and his staff are excellent lawyers, his office is strategically located downtown near the courthouse. He fights hard until you get the desire result. My contested divorce case took almost two years and they helped me a lot, resulted no alimony payment and I recommend him to anyone.

I was having some issues with a neighbor known by other neighbors as a problem. This neighbor actually went as far as getting an injunction against me, and adding on new motions, some of which I was not aware of. I realized the situation was getting serious, I called Mr. Elrod. When I had my day in court, Mr. Elrod was able to have the injunction and all pending motions terminated. If I ever need the assistance. I had the son as my lawyer, but he was not my first choice (UNFORTUNATELY) i had nick james who was a complete buffoon costing me precious time and money. FORTUNATELY i found Robert Elrod Jr. and he took over where my original lawyer had failed. Not only did Mr. Elrod Jr have the courts reverse their original decision where i had not been present and got railroaded, but he also got my child support reduced to a reasonable rate, saved me from paying my ex wife's legal fees, and most importantly got me awarded time and partial custody of my two amazing children. Without him I don't know what I would have done. He cost me so much less than my original lawyer and worked with me while i made the payments i did owe him. It did take a while to arrive at this point, but that is due to a backed up court system and a bitter and spiteful ex. I definitely recommend him to ANYONE who is seeking justice for their children and themselves. His receptionist was also a sweetheart and their office was clean as well. They also allowed me to have my therapy dog in the waiting room while I was going through mediation which lasted several hours. Don't believe the negative reviews below mine. They are probably from people who are angry that they did not heed his legal council and arrived at a negative consequence, but that is their fault not his. He is a very good lawyer who did not give up and fought hard until the very end. 5 stars easy!
