Expensive and they were more concerned in banking then helping. They kept on arguing with opposing council after I asked them to stop. They were concerned with making money and were completely oblivious to the techniques the opposing council was using to cause me harm. I could say a lot more but in brief do not recommend.

Absolutely HORRIBLE representation!!!! More worried about billing every 3 days to the tune of thousands of dollars than representing their clients and helping them get a satisfactory result. Spent tens of thousands of dollars to actually be in a worse position. I was promised the world and delivered nothing!!! Do yourself a favor!!! RUN!! Find other representation, they are atrocious!! Dont' use this office and definetaly don't use Garrett Filetti. Zero communication. Zero concern with what the client wants. Grossly inept altogether! You will be left with way less money and zero results..... but you better believe that everyone at Elise Buie Family Law is getting paid!!!!$$$$$!!!!! Crooks!!

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Elise Buie Law. Firstly, my initial consultation started late, which is always a frustrating start. The lawyer I spoke with seemed uninterested in my case and rushed through our session. They were not very informative and seemed unwilling to fully answer my questions. I needed a prenuptial agreement review, and I was not informed about their large flat fee for any prenuptial services (whether it’s a review or a draft) beforehand. I specifically mentioned my needs, yet this crucial information was withheld until after I had already paid for the initial consultation. It feels incredibly misleading to have to pay for a consultation just to learn about a significant flat fee. Transparency about their pricing from the beginning would have saved me time and money. Overall, the experience left me feeling like they did not want to work with me. I would not recommend Elise Buie Law based on this interaction.

An attorney that actually genuinely cares about your family's needs both during the separation and/or dispute process. Let's face it, no one *wants* to need their services. But if you do, this is an excellent choice for making the rough time in your life easier.
