Worst Lawyer I’ve ever had to deal with been calling there for two weeks and talk to a secretary and get promised someone will call me back and I never get a phone call back call the next day will get told someone will call me back. I have continued to call for two weeks, Peter has done nothing with my auto accident. I was told that the Rent-A-Car would be taken care of. He would deal with the other insurance company. I was told he was dealing with the police to get the police report. None of this has been true I am out thousands of dollars now because of this lawyer.

When I got rear ended in a car accident and was found "at fault," I was referred to come here by a co-worker. At that point I have never spoken to a lawyer, nevermind hired one for anything. I was assigned Peter Carvelli, when I went in to talk to him for the first time, I was nervous and didn't know what to say or do. Peter asked me a few questions then took care of everything. The only thing I had to do was take care of myself which is when he referred me to a great Chiropractor who made me feel 10x better. The entire time working with Peter was pleasant. He had a positive and fun personality, he also broke everything that was going on down for me to understand which made me feel comfortable and happy. The entire process was much faster than I anticipated as well, I received money within a year from the accident. No, I didn't get a million dollars but what I did get was more money than I had! So my experience is rated 5 stars, and I would recommend him to anyone!

I was rear-ended on Coggshall Street in New Bedford. I was stopped when the truck behind me hit us hard. We went to St.Lukes and while waiting to be seen i was looking for lawyers some one told me about Dussault&Zatir so i was texting with someone there and then Jim called me and i told him i was with the nurse and he told me to call him when i got out of the hospital. I called Jim back and he made an appointment with this law firm the following Monday. We went to the office on Kempton street and met with a secretary Noel she asked us a bunch of questions and said that Peter would be in, in a few minutes. When Peter came in he talked a good game. I hired a lawyer not his secretary. the first week i did all the foot work with the adjuster and got things done quickly. When i called back i only spoke to Peters secretary and she was the one apparently i was suppose to deal with. I only met with Peter twice and spoke to him on the phone twice. Was not pleasant dealing with him. Peter told me he would call me back, he never called. i was in the dark with this lawyer. Peter promised me a rental car, which i badly needed.But he never came through. Its in one ear and out the other when you talk to him or his secretary. I do not advise anyone to deal with this lawyer Peter. He was not concerned about how badly we were hurt but on how he was going to get paid. Not Happy with this Lawyer Peter. His lack of interest in this case was, as he puts it my case was small. NO EXCUSE.
