Aside from Terry, I mostly worked with Tracy Kearney who was truly one of a kind. Tracy assured any concerns I had, offered me support when I was overwhelmed, and was available to answer any and all questions with the quickest turn around. I truly felt like I was in the best of hands with Terry and Tracy every step of the way. Terry also made sure to contact me to prepare me for each phase in the process. My only regret is not calling them sooner.
