She changed more lives that were in danger with great work on all levels. My twins have had a great life due to her and her staff so if any one wants to win a case where it's the right thing for the kids she's your Lawyer and know this she will win period . Win win win. My case was hard how many guys win in Washington state ? Criminal record too boot? Really ? She did! For all the right reasons and all the right outcomes . She would be a great Senator that is if she wanted to.

I hired Mei Shih as my divorce lawyer, first for consultation then on retainer between January 2022 to December 2022. Temporary orders were started yet never filed, and they forgot to send discovery documents to my ex's lawyer ahead of mediation. I was charged over $10,000 for this type of service. Read the negative Yelp reviews based on their old firm's name Dubois Cary (note they say the firm is closed but it was just a name change) and you'll see others who had similar terrible experiences with this firm. Unprofessional, expensive, and a lack of care by lawyers who would never want the type of service they give clients themselves.

If there is 10 stars, I would give them full stars. My divorce case dragged for more than one year, before I came to DuBois Cary Law firm. My first divorce firm was McKinley Irvin (the big popular firm), which assigned 2 leaving attorneys to my case. The attorneys are leaving the firm, yet they are assigned to my case! I spent money on bad lawyers, who never spent a drop of their energy on my case. I moved to another lawyer, John Kydd, who is abusive and would clocked hours and hours to gain fee. We talked on the phone for over 3 hours! That is super exhausting, because I would be reduced to tears. I almost gave up on attorneys, with much disappointment and decided to go Pro Se. After 4 months of Pro Se, my ex was pushing me so hard to a corner. With my family help, I finally mastered a courage to contact DuBois Cary. Amanda recommended Lucia to me. I was very skeptical about my new attorney. Fast forward, within 5 months, my divorce case is finalized with a good offer package from the opposing party. Even the opposing attorney like working with Lucia! I am very blessed to meet Lucia (remotely due to Covid), and I hope I can hug her in person if I can. She is genuinely care for me, and she is such a kind hearted lady. She is professional, and her team is very responsive. What can I say, there is always a good sheep among the bad ones. Thanks Luca and team, you have done good thing to my daughters and myself. You have saved a helpless mother who is constantly bullied by her ex.
