On February 21st, 2019, a large pickup truck speeding through a parking lot in Huntsville, AL broadsided my car, totaling it and causing serious, multiple injuries to me. The initial court case was scheduled in September, 2019. Four continuances by the defense delayed due process until late 2023. A settlement offer concerning my uninsured motorist insurance was negotiated by my initial attorney.
