The Maxwell Tillman law firm was recommended to me by I trusted friend as I read the reviews before and even now I'm very impressed and why I want to believe that they are the high quality professional individuals that they claim to be however I'm very saddened by the way I've been put aside by the law firm. I reach out for help for my husband who is incarcerated in an Alabama prison and has suffered from several medical neglect issues and I was excited to finally get a call back from him after attempting to contact them at least three times. They listen to my plea for help and they even seemed a bit confident my husband could have a malpractice case however because of experiences with other inmates lying so they say they need to charge me 500 up front for a civil case matter which I've never heard of from any of the lawyer. Well I don't have a problem with this I simply just don't have the $500 so my husband is sitting there suffering still even after talking to them with metal braces digging through his skin since November on top of all the other issues he's had with a neglect he has suffered in the Elmore correctional facility that he is in.how do you trust a law firm that treats potential clients the same as the prison system treats them.thats exactly how I feel right now , it's kinda like how the Alabama parole board treats everyone because of horrendous act of one horrible person that they let out on parole and now everyone is suffering because of it.same scenario. while I really want to do business with them I'm not sure if they will have my husband best interest at heart anymore especially since I've received more calls from them for a payment than I received before I desperately tried to contact them for help.
