I hired Douglas to help me obtain a green card after marrying my US citizen husband. He and his wife Jay were so on top of everything, I have never felt this level of care and attention from any business. The law firm of Douglas Kim is one of the best when it comes to immigration law. They literally seem to have an answer for every scenario. The amount of knowledge alone is incredible, this is such a complicated field of law that requires a true specialist, not just a general attorney who dabbles in immigration law. Really glad we went with his office, the entire process was flawless and we now have the green card! Seriously the best case scenario, a very straight forward process by going through them. I'm sure I would have messed up big time had I tried it on my own, there is sooo much paperwork and the questions are a little difficult to understand, you would have to be an Ivy league grad to understand the whole process. If you need a true expert, go with Douglas and his team!

I went to seek assistance for my husbands case unfortunately their lack of attention on his case was what made us cancel everything. I had to be constantly calling and emailing to ask about my husbands case and never got a phone call back or email. Until I finally told them I was going to cancel and that was when they said well we need this and etc from my husband we even spoke to the attorney again because of their lack of attention and he said there was just miscommunication somewhere but he was doing his best to resolve the case etc . I was like ok well let’s try again but again when I tried calling them to check on how everything was going they told me the same thing again they would call me back well they never did so that was it for us. I don’t feel like they cared at all. I don’t think it’s fair that we trust someone with our case then yet doesn’t prioritize them. I understand it’s a difficult time due to COVID and their processing times but it’s the lack of care they put towards the case. Don’t waste your time with this firm.
