Extremely incompetent I and my family hired them back in 2022. Just for me having to appear in court multiple mornings for no reason!!! sitting there for hours not allowed to speak. They have an older man Vietnamese he has a temper and has yelled at me the client even out loud "I DON'T CARE!!" to one named Kevin who doesn't even know when his fly is down. What kind of law firm does nothing charges 6k for literally doing nothing and hiring attorneys with anger issues??? The said one with anger issues even didn't check on paper work and made a fool of himself in the courtroom saying I didn't do it but I did but in the end it was the office that never filed the paper work and why force your own client to go many days when they can't even speak to the judge or anything???? I went to court a total of over 8 times causing me so much mental/emotional distress. The old male lawyer also gave me PTSD with his anger issues and quick to yell.

Honestly, so glad I went with Do Phu & Anh Tuan for my car accident case. They took care of everything from start to finish, no stress at all. Safe yourself the trouble and stress and do not go here. My father, used this team for his accident case and they never update anyone on the case, and when they made statements that they will call back with an update, they never did. When they got an appointment for my parents to make a deposition, they haven’t had any communication with us for monthsss and called thinking we were aware of the appointment when there was never any communication. Once the release papers were signed by us to receive the check and ideally close the case, it took them about 4 more months to release the check to us (in my personal experience, once a release form was signed, it took 1 week to get to me). They gave estimated numbers on what each parent would receive and the final checks were far from the amount they mentioned on multiple occasions.Every time I called, even the workers would say “this is an old case” wondering why I’m still calling about the case, when in reality it’s because they haven’t put the effort to work and complete the case. Save yourself the trouble and go to another lawyer. This horrible experience is what led me to find myself another lawyer as to how I can compare the terrible performance from this team.
