China has a passion for employment law and exclusively represents employees in workplace disputes involving wrongful terminations, wage and hour, discrimination, harassment and related matters. She began her career as a salesperson in the steel industry before pursuing her legal education. After graduating from law school with honors, China spent nearly seven years at the international law firm of O’Melveny & Myers LLP defending employers against employment claims. This experience provided China with a unique perspective and tools for successfully resolving employment cases. After leaving her former firm, China founded her own law firm focused on enforcing employment rights.
