Corrupted (Anthony Delille's) is a fraud, he will sell you out if the SSA wont to destroy you for their mistakes. He and his daughter are NOT TO BE TRUSTED. I felt that, as long as I aim telling the SSA the truth, and allow my records to speak for it self my disability wouldn't be terminated. (Boy, was I wrong). My file was falsified, Medical Records was sent to the Appeal broad without my doctors signatures, He will work with SSDI to make you think that he is on your side he's been paid off to throw SSDI/SSI under the bus. He ruined, hide, and stop practice. This is why his daughter is now the face of his law firm. She's inexperienced and most likely , (HE) is allegedly behind, ALL of his daughter cases that is being process to SSA. He ruined so I wouldn't get him disbarred. Corrupted, Corruption and more corrupted. Not to be trusted.

If it wasn't for Anthony and his team I would not be here today. After they did all the foot work, and winning my case I went to Scripps and they found I had stage 4 cancer, a heart condition, severe anemia and a many other health problems, all which La Maestra in El Cajon ignored. I have to say I was initially impressed after having a very nice first meeting with Mr. Delellis, but then I was handed over to a case manager, who was very condescending. Then Mr. Delellis went out of town and I received some documents that needed attention. I faxed them to his office and was told he would get back to me after the holiday weekend. He did not. Once again, I had to deal with a condescending case worker who "promised" me he would get back to me. I am facing some very serious situations involving work and housing and need help. I am starting to feel like I made a mistake. I hope I am wrong.

Mr. DeLelllis is a good attorney. I was referred by a friend in 2011 or maybe 2012. I've had 2 hearings, and then my case went to the appeals council in Virginia. Well today I was denied again. I actually filed in 2009. I really liked Victor, my case manager. I would still recommend this firm.
