She kept cutting my husband off while he was trying to explain our needs. Most unprofessional situation I have ever encountered. Don't bother calling them there are much more civil attorneys to contact. All legal matters are confusing and difficult to navigate you want someone to care and understand you. Not someone speaking over you and aggressively. The chat team was very nice and professional but whoever called needs some classes on professionalism and empathy. UPDATE: Daniel contacted us immediately after this review and was MUCH nicer and informative than whoever called us. Seems like the online forum transferred my husband to the correct person. He still couldn't help us with our situation but at least was able to give us the name of another attorney.
