I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by this firm, particularly by Wilhelmina. Despite positive reviews from other clients, my experience has been quite the opposite. I had hoped for a timely and accurate drafting of my letter, but unfortunately, I was sorely disappointed. The letter provided not only failed to meet my needs but was also riddled with numerous grammatical errors, which I find inexcusable for a professional service. Frankly, I have seen better results from AI-generated content. As a result, I will be seeking the services of an alternate group in the future. I sincerely hope that these issues are addressed promptly to prevent others from experiencing similar disappointment. While I hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone, I would specifically suggest that Wilhelmina undergo additional personnel training, particularly in social advocacy, to better serve future clients. I pay the monthly fee without interruption and used the service only once, for a will. The firm will not reply to an email, or return a phone call. I tried both several times. I am occasionally able to speak to an associate when i call, if I'm willing to wait for more than 10 minutes while on hold. But the representative never offers a solution, only to have someone call. Then, surprise surprise, no one we get calls. It's a complete SCAM!

The staff that I had spoken to was very friendly no matter what if I left a message with them they got it back to their attorney.
