Colin was such a breath of fresh air that I had to share it with the community. She understands that people don't call their attorney just to tell them how great their day is going. She has a very soothing voice and infinite patience that are backed up by top notch intelligence. In other words, if she answers the phone when you call, you hit the jackpot! Thank you again Colin! Hopefully they will teach others to be like you or put you in a position to train others to be like you because you definitely raise the bar at the intake level.

I used this law office via my Legal Shield membership. I became interested in them due to a very important unique matter I was dealing with. It was hard to get in contact with the lawyers and when I finally did, I felt I was understood, but it turns out in the end I was not. I kept getting notifications to review the service I had received. I was truly disappointed in my service and I had nothing to say. When you are dealing with a heavy matter and you are not understood it is disheartening. Even the person that referred me to the Legal Shield was shocked at the outcome. I was looking through some documents and I realized how much they did not help. I was curious about reviews as this is something I did not have a chance to do while I was working with them or before. I see now that my feelings about my service were not far-fetched from other reviews and I decided to write this review.

Hit or miss with them. I have used them through Legal Sheild. Half the time you will get a lawyer who only speaks English as a second language that you can barely understand. Their phones usually have sound problems. They switch lawyers without notice. You will have a good lawyer that you like and then get a "Barney Fife" Lawyer to take their place for no apparent reason. They don't call back when they say they will but will call you at any time ... after a text giving you a one minute notice. (Then blame you for not answering.) It will take twice as long to get things done with them due to poor communication. They have some nice friendly people but also have many incompetent, lazy, and rude people to deal with. You get what you pay for. Usually poor service from the lawyers and customer service.

I signed up for legalshield. I was referred to Michelle Watson who took care of my problem and showed true concern for my situation. I don't often have a need for a lawyer but in this case signing up for LegalShield was the best thing I ever did. Dsk law and Michelle Watson are awesome. Thank you so much for your help and referring me to another attorney in Utah to handle my inquiry. You guys are the best and LegalShield is well worth the monthly fee. Thank you thank you thank you so much

I was contacted 4 minutes before close of business after waiting all day for a call. There was not a voicemail left as well. I called back immediately and the offices “are now closed”. If you don’t want my business just say that vs calling minutes before closing so you’ll be closed if I missed the call and needed to call back. I sent messages on the app prior to 5pm and still no responses. We suggest if you’re going to call 5 minutes before closing then wait around 5-10 minutes for a call back or at least try calling 2x.
