I’ll start with the only good thing I have to say, I was cut a good deal. On to the bad, the deal was given for a reason. What a waste of my time and money. I was told not to worry about things I should have been worried about. I was basically lied to the entire time. As a first time offender with a clean record, I quite literally got the worst case scenario. The man who went in front of the judge before me had a 30+ year record compared to my first offense and we received the same fines, probation, other requirements, etc. the only difference was I got less community service time. Do not recommend this law firm for DUI/OWI cases. The man that went in front of me had a public defender. At this point I truly believe that would have been a better option as I would not have wasted thousands of dollars on a lawyer who did nothing for me.
