I’m going to be fair because they aren’t the offending party, they are simply a business put in place to support an unethical practice. I may not morally align but their staff was overall courteous, payment was processed quickly, and communication was clear and concise. Be aware that they DO NOT participate in payment for removal so if you need it removed from your report, the best you can do is pay to zero balance.

I don’t understand why there’s so many negative reviews. So far, my experience with this office has been great. Michelle was extremely helpful on the phone and informative of my options to take care of my garnishment. I emailed them a copy of my monthly earnings and expenses. I was treated politely both on the phone and was sent an email back within 24 hours. Although an unfortunate situation that I’m in, I have no complaints with this office or staff.

The level of consideration exhibited by this company is markedly insufficient. The receptionist displayed a discourteous manner and provided inaccurate information. It is imperative that the organization employs individuals who are well-informed and capable of effectively communicating case details. My service experience was unsatisfactory; upon requesting to speak directly with Scott, my request was denied, and the call was abruptly terminated due to the receptionist's difficulty in comprehending the case details. Consequently, I sought to engage with a more competent representative.

I just got off the phone with this law firm. I understand when you are summoned or put in a legal bind it's frustrating but this law firm is beyond rude. "Darian" (who wouldn't tell me her last name) was beyond rude. She tells me I have a service fee but gives me a it between 30.00-150 dollars. Like tell me the amount. The more I started grilling about the amount the more I felt the attitude. I was ready for them because I read your reviews before I called. I'm so over ppl being rude when you are trying to get out of the hole. You all need a person on the phone with some soft skills.

Along with everyone else. Very rude. Given paperwork 2 weeks before apparently suppose to show up to a court hearing. Very short tempered and extremely unhelpful. Can discuss payment options but only after they send you paperwork in the mail that takes 2 weeks to receive.....so how the heck does that work when you're gonna have me come to court in less than 2 weeks time?! Never experienced anything like that. Oh and don't go to trinity because this is the law office they use. God awful
