Overall a terrible experience with closing on the seller side of things. 1. I wish we were greeted with a hand shake or some type of introduction. 2. Multiple errors on the paperwork with names, amounts, emails, etc. 3. We were contacted the day before we closed via email asking if we were coming in, even though it wasn't our day to close. 4. Property was recorded before all paperwork was signed. 5. Sent an email and not all questions/concerns were answered or addressed. 5. Overall felt that we were an inconvenience and the process was not smooth or professional.

Everything. My closing operated like a Amazon Distribution center. The paralegal was unwelcoming and appeared annoyed at the fact that I wanted to sign the documents with my full name. She had zero ability or willingness to explain any of the documentation and rushed through the closing as though she had better things to do. My closing was interrupted 6xs by another person who worked in the ofc. There was no excuse or apology given. Lastly the atty was not much better. They were unable to find the funds transfer from my loan servicer and would not provide the keys to my home. I left the ofc only to be told 2hrs later that the funds had miraculously showed. I worked in banking and I'm certain the funds were there, they were just looking in the wrong acct. I advised the atty there is a person at the end of a closing transaction and although you are running it like a Chipotle line that is not the experience a home owner should receive. Costner couldn't close on a dog house for me in the future and Lennar homes should really reconsider their partnership with this closing firm

I can't speak for the firm but i tried calling and emailing to confirm some critical details and the person didn't respond to emails, voice messages or the numerous phone calls inspite of putting an important/ urgent Tag.When I finally had someone on line after 5 hours of failed attempts, I asked for a secondary number.... the lady was super rude, called me dramatic and hung up on me.

The entire staff were very professional and thorough with the process.. Brenda was very informative and guided us exceptionally. The front desk representative also set the tone of the office. Give them a raise! Glad and Tee

Christine at the front desk is a sweet person. Jordan went beyond and helped us even after few months of closing my house.Awesome and great person to work. I strongly recommend him for any future legal work.
