I have nothing but great things to say about Gloria and her staff, specially Marilyn, they are a great team!! Gloria is a kind-hearted, wonderful strong woman, she would take my calls on her personal cell phone all the time or she would at least send me a text letting me know she would call me back. I would get text messages and/or phone call as late as 10:30pm, that to me is going above and beyond. Yes, she won my husband's case just like she predicted, Marilyn was there along side Gloria and her other staff every step of the way making sure we were prepared for the battle. I thank the entire firm and God for getting the cancellation of removal granted in just 2.5mos, my husband is now a US Resident.

Unhelpful staff, long wait times for paperwork, no status updates, will charge , charge and then charge you again for simple paperwork filing (copying and pasting) I wouldn’t recommend this firm to anyone. We’ve been much happier elsewhere and are glad we separated from this firm when we did.

Now, I don’t like doing this but if it helps someone else I’d rather do it for my fellow people. These people don’t genuinely care about you or your situations. First thing they do it mention money, if you make the slightest sense that you MAY not be able to afford, they zone out and do everything in their power to kick you out the door professionally. They choose who they help, when they help and if they’re in “a good mood”. I’m grateful I paid another local attorney that took care of everything on short notice. Go anywhere else BUT TO THESE PEOPLE! I’m utterly DISGUSTED on how a well-established office could care LESS about anyone but yet are in the business to help people. UTMOST SHAME!!!
