We brought our taxes here hoping we would get a better return thinking that maybe an attorney would know more tax breaks we would qualify for. Not only did they not help but they acted like they didn’t have a clue every time we came in to follow up on our taxes. We were supposed to be getting money back but instead got audited first time ever, was told we were not getting a refund and we owe $800. I have reached out to them several times to see what happened and now no one will return my call or email.

It has been impossible to get Mrs Palmer to show for appointments and get a return call regarding my nieces case. I referred her to Mrs Palmer after having a good experience many years ago. However the issues internally in the office and getting appointments and follow up calls have gotten horrible and unreliable.

The most unprofessional and rude business I’ve ever been to. Does not answer emails or phone calls ever. Seriously not one time, I just had to keep calling for weeks before finally they would connect me to who I was trying to reach. Treats customers very poor.
