Many people may claim that they do not need the services of a lawyer during their immigration journey. That may very well be the case for some. However, chances are that if you are reading this review, then you probably value the services of an immigration lawyer. You would already know that good and sound legal advice during an admittedly complex and protracted process, is invaluable. This is my personal opinion borne out of experience. My decision to use the Nsajja Law Firm to help and guide me through my own journey cannot be overstated. Neither can it be underestimated. For many of us that have chosen to retain Chrstine Nsajja as our immigration attorney, her record speaks for itself. On the face of it, my case should have been complex. And yet from the very start - adjustment of status, through conditional residence and the removal of conditions, to my eventual naturalization - Christine exuded confidence. A sort of confidence that was both calming and awe-inspiring. All she asked me to do was to listen to her; to trust her and to do as she instructed. It worked. Reason: she was prepared; and she made sure that I was thoroughly prepared as well. Without getting into the nasty details, my individual cases that had the potential of being complex, proceeded through the system rather quickly and smoothly. Not once did I receive a request for evidence, and that’s because she made sure that we were ready with all the evidence beforehand. This ensured a relatively seamless process. For reference, my naturalization case (from the time my case was received earlier this year, to my oath ceremony), took exactly 5 months! I believe part of the reason why Christine Nsajja and the Nsajja Law Firm have been so successful is because they get it. They understand the hopes, dreams, fears and frustrations of the immigrant experience. Retaining the services of a big law firm will not guarantee better outcomes. Plus, nothing beats the personal touch that the Nsajja Law Firm provides. I chose to take my chances with the little law firm that could, and they delivered rather exceedingly above and beyond what I could ever ask or hope for. I wouldn’t have had it any other way.
